Job summary
A logistics company in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure efficient movement of goods. The candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with experience in coordinating shipments, customs documentation, and inventory control. This role involves managing import/export documents, liaising with freight forwarders, and maintaining logistics data.

- Organized and detail-oriented with experience in logistics coordination.
- Experience with coordinating shipments and customs documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate local and international shipments from suppliers to customers.
- Manage import/export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COO, etc.).
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
- Track shipments and update clients or management on delivery status.
- Maintain and update records of stock levels, deliveries, and logistics data.
