About Us

SINA Investment Group is a UAE-based company specializing in diesel, heavy trucks, spare parts, and building material (road base, sub-base, aggregates, and more). We are seeking a skilled Purchase Officer to manage procurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure spare parts efficiently, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
• Initiate and track purchase supplements requests for the office.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and manage purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with operations for deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, stay updated on price trends, and support budget management.
• Prepare procurement reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts, diesel, or automotive sectors.
• UAE Driving license.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail for cost optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
