Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced procurement professional. The role involves developing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, along with strong negotiation skills and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality procurement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast requirements.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Resolve supply issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
  • Prepare procurement reports and track spending and savings.
