A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Officer to manage procurement operations for multiple properties. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in purchasing within hospitality, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments and ensure compliance with internal policies. The candidate should also have knowledge of the UAE supplier market.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Purchasing or Procurement role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel purchasing systems and processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; Marriott systems experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for both hotels in compliance with Marriott standards.
• Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure procurement efficiency.
