Job summary
A leading talent solutions company in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Manager for Audio and Visual Products. The role involves sourcing and managing AV equipment, negotiating contracts, and maintaining supplier relationships. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and strong negotiation skills. This position is onsite and aims to enhance the company's operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Audio and Visual Equipment procurement.
- Experience with Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, managing requests for proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with AV suppliers.
- Assist in budget planning for AV procurement.

Adecco is hiring a Procurement Manager - Audio and Visual Products for our prestigious client in Dubai.
Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing the acquisition of AV equipment and related services for an organization.
Identifying and evaluating potential vendors, managing requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of AV equipment.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with AV suppliers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Assisting in budget planning for AV procurement, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and tracking expenses related to AV equipment and services.
Maintaining an accurate inventory of AV equipment, managing its lifecycle, and ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.
Negotiating favorable contract terms with vendors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and managing contract expirations.
Tracking product support, warranties, and maintenance agreements for AV equipment, ensuring accurate asset information is recorded in relevant systems.
- 10-15 Years of experience in IT Distribution Company especially for Audio and Visual Equipment.
- Experience with Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse.
- Understanding of AV technologies, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring their performance meets requirements.
