A leading Food & Beverage company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assistant Procurement Manager to optimize costs and manage supplier performance. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainability goals. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 5–8 years of procurement experience in FMCG or related industries. Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and ERP proficiency are required.

The Assistant Procurement Manager will play a key role in driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and long-term sourcing strategies across assigned categories. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process—from supplier identification and negotiation to contract management and performance monitoring—while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sustainability goals, and total cost of ownership (TCO) principles.
