Job summary

A global security technology leader is seeking a professional to manage customer orders and relations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in logistics and international trade. Responsibilities include validating purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A college degree in International Trade or related fields is preferred. The role requires strong organization skills and proficiency in English, with additional language knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a Multi-National Company.
  • Experience in Logistics- export and import and International Trade.
  • Experience with document preparation against Letter of Credit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop close relationships with customers to manage communication and satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customers’ Purchase Orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate order treatment with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Validate and ensure accurate input of Purchase Orders in systems.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
