Senior Payroll Accountant – Management Accounts (UAE)
Job summary
A prestigious recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Accountant Payroll for a sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, manage employee records, and reconcile payroll accounts while adhering to UAE regulations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company, along with strong skills in payroll systems and advanced Excel. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- 5+ years of payroll/accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in payroll/accounting systems, particularly Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile employee payroll, benefits, and allowances.
- Maintain employee records and manage adjustments.
- Prepare and review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
