Job Title: Payroll Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant with UAE experience who will manage end-to-end payroll processing and support HR documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, payroll compliance, and coordination with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including WPS submissions
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and employee files
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, amendments, and employee records
• Coordinate with HR on onboarding, offboarding, leave, and final settlements
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
• Support audits and prepare payroll-related reports

• Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant in the UAE (mandatory)
