Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities are required.
• Experience with Oracle Payroll/HR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate End of Service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related queries.
