Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities are required.
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll/HR systems is preferred.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and reconciliations. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with HR and Finance teams while supporting a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Calculate and process End of Service (EOS) benefits and settlements in line with UAE Labour Law
  • Handle off-cycle payroll payments, adjustments, and corrections
  • Perform payroll, bank, and pension reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and statutory requirements
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, audits, and reporting
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports using Excel and Power BI (where applicable)
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries
  • Manage multiple payroll priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines
