Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of the store’s annual sales targets.
• Assist in maintaining adequate staff coverage and scheduling to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Conduct regular store operations audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Address customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure merchandising standards are met, with products displayed in accordance with guidelines.
• Verify promotions and pricing are accurate.
• Generate and analyze sales reports for insights.
• Submit daily invoices and sales recaps to Finance.
• Execute store operations in compliance with procedures.
• Uphold loss prevention measures and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization according to brand standards.
• Direct the team to adhere to procedures and maintain presentation standards.
