We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer with expertise in both mobile and web application design to join our Product Team. As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web applications, while also contributing to the overall user experience strategy. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging design solutions. Proficiency in popular design tools like Figma is essential, and experience with creating animated design prototypes is highly desirable.

As a UI/UX Designer you will:

UI/UX Design for Mobile and Web Applications:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and implement user interfaces for mobile and web applications.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts, user interactions, and navigation flows.

  Figma Expertise:

• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool for creating UI/UX designs, collaborating with team members, and sharing design assets.

• Maintain organized design files and components in Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process.

• Stay updated on new features and best practices in Figma to maximize productivity and streamline design workflows.

  Animated Design Prototypes:

• Create animated design prototypes to showcase interactive elements, transitions, and microinteractions within mobile and web applications.

• Use tools like Figma's prototyping features or other animation software to bring design concepts to life and communicate complex interactions effectively.

• Iterate on design prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results to refine the user experience.

  User-Centered Design:

• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

• Collaborate with UX researchers to develop user personas, user journeys, and other UX deliverables to guide the design process.

Having said that, we think a UI/UX Designer should:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on both mobile and web applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs created using Figma.

• Experience creating animated design prototypes using tools like Figma's prototyping features, Principle, Adobe After Effects, or similar software.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Graphics Design: Ability to create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other design elements to enhance the overall aesthetics of the user interface.

• Illustrator and Photoshop: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create custom illustrations, graphics, and visual assets for UI designs.

• Other Graphics Design Tools: Familiarity with other graphics design tools and software to create and edit visual assets as needed for UI/UX design projects.
