The successful candidate will support team training and coordinate daily operations while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role is vital for maintaining high standards in the Back of House areas, ensuring an excellent experience for Guests and Team Members alike.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Stewards ensuring high standards.
• Support the Team Members in training and development.
• Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities.
• Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Observe Health Hygiene and Safety guidelines.
• Report faults misused or damaged equipment issues.
• Ensure the correct PPE is in place.
• Assist in the location movement and storage of operational equipment.
• Assist in the stock take of equipment and other items.
