Job description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of welding personnel
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety standards
• Assign tasks and monitor progress of welding projects
• Train and mentor junior welders
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with project managers and other trades
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Resolve issues related to welding operations
• Ensure timely completion of welding tasks
