- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and ensure all tables are set according to standard.
- Utilize the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing readings.
- Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with linen, china, glass, and silver.
- Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problems that may arise, informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a multicultural / 5-star hotel environment.
- Experience in the food and beverage or event field.
- Speed and accuracy (able to manage last minute activities).
- Ability to handle luxury guest volumes on a daily basis.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
- Must be flexible and able to work long hours.
