QA/QC Engineer & Senior QA/QC Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA/QC plans, inspection protocols, and procedures tailored to educational construction sites
Oversee quality inspections across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and contract requirements
Review and approve material submittals, test reports, and construction method statements
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs)
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
Maintain thorough QA/QC documentation for internal use and client reporting
Support project handover, commissioning, and closeout processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5-15 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction (school or institutional projects preferred)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, local building codes, and safety standards
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and documentation skills
