Carpentry Estimator & Site Supervisor — Joinery Projects
Job summary
A recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Estimator for a Carpentry Workshop and Joinery division. The ideal candidate will also function as a Site Supervisor, ensuring projects meet the highest standards. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), overseeing on-site work, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Applicants should have knowledge of joinery and furniture techniques, excellent communication skills, and 1-3 years of experience. Competitive salary of AED 12,000/month plus additional benefits.

- Proven work experience as an Estimator in the furniture or joinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery and furniture construction techniques.
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for furniture and joinery projects.
- Oversee and supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
