We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a
Land Surveyor you will play a crucial role in conducting accurate
land measurements preparing topographic surveys and ensuring
compliance with local
regulations.

• Conduct precise land
  measurements and topographic surveys using advanced surveying
  equipment and techniques
• Analyze survey data
  and prepare detailed reports using specialized
  software
• Create accurate maps and plans for
  various construction and development
  projects
• Ensure compliance with local UAE land
  laws regulations and international surveying
  standards
• Collaborate with project managers
  engineers and other stakeholders to provide expert surveying
  input
• Perform quality control checks on survey
  data and implement best practices in surveying
  methodologies
• Assist in managing project
  timelines and resources
  effectively
• Troubleshoot surveying issues and
  develop practical solutions
• Stay updated on the
  latest surveying technologies and industry
  trends

Qualifications
:

• Bachelors
  degree in Surveying Geomatics or a related
  field
• Professional certification as a Licensed
  Land Surveyor
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  in land surveying
• Advanced proficiency in
  surveying equipment and software including GPS Total Station
  AutoCAD and GIS
• Strong mathematical and
  analytical skills with excellent attention to
  detail
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and
  interpret complex survey data
• Knowledge of
  local UAE land laws and regulations
• Excellent
  problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical
  solutions
• Strong written and verbal
  communication skills
• Ability to work
  effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
  projects simultaneously
• Physical fitness to
  perform fieldwork in various terrain and weather
  conditions
• Willingness and ability to work in
  the hot climate conditions typical of
  Dubai
• Valid drivers
  license
