A luxury restaurant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, manage guest arrivals, and ensure impeccable guest service. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in luxury venues and be currently located in the UAE. The role offers a competitive salary package, including flight tickets, duty meals, and medical insurance. This position requires strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in a dynamic hospitality environment.

- Coordinate reservations and guest lists.
- Lead the hostess team for smooth service.
- Maintain hospitality standards aligned with luxury brands.

Looking for experienced RECEPTION SUPERVISOR to join the team of a luxury restaurant and lounge located in Dubai.
Start Date: January 2025
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury venues in Dubai
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available for trial
- European nationality or European appearance preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Supervise front-of-house reception operations
- Welcome and manage guest arrivals with elegance and efficiency
- Coordinate reservations and guest lists
- Lead and support the hostess team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of hospitality aligned with luxury brand expectations
- Basic salary AED 10000
- Service Charge + Tips (~AED 3,500/month)
