Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Agricultural Farm Assistant Cleaning Supervisor for our royal palace client in this role you will play a vital part in ensuring that all facilities across the farms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will assist the Cleaning Supervisor in managing a dedicated cleaning team implementing cleaning schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple farm locations
• Train and supervise cleaning staff providing guidance and support as necessary
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and health regulations in all areas
• Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure proper usage and storage
• Assist in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning-related needs and concerns

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends if necessary
• Must know how to speak Arabic.
