Role Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations across multiple contracting projects ensuring efficiency, compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong contracting experience who can drive operational excellence, optimize resource utilization and support the successful delivery of civil infrastructure and luxury residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage overall project operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee planning, execution and monitoring of project activities to achieve performance targets.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, company policies and international standards.
• Implement transparent reporting and documentation in line with governance frameworks.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

Resource & Performance Management

• Optimize allocation of manpower, equipment and materials across projects.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Support value engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and lead a high‑performing operations team fostering accountability and collaboration.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration; Masters degree or professional certification preferred.
