Operations Manager | Dubai | Luxury Chocolate Boutique

Looking for experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to manage two luxury chocolate boutique Cafes in Dubai.

Start Date: Mid-January 2025
Team Size: Two shops with 15–20 team members each

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the UAE
• Currently in a similar role: Multi-Unit Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Director
• Preferably UAE-based and available for in-person interviews
• Experience in luxury hospitality or chocolate retail is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and drive operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two upscale cafés and chocolate boutiques
• Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standardsManage staffing, training, and performance across both locations
• Monitor financial performance, inventory, and cost controls
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with ownership on business development and growth initiatives
