- Collaborate with marketing, developers, and listing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline
- Implement performance-driven processes to improve lead conversion and client satisfaction
- Act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients and investment buyers
- Recruit and onboard new agents as the team expands
- Minimum 4+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in both off-plan and secondary sales in the UAE market
- Deep understanding of buyer behavior, developer relations, and RERA compliance
