A major hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the housekeeping team and maintain high cleanliness standards. You will be responsible for training and motivating team members, managing schedules, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping and strong English skills, with other languages being an advantage. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Lead by example providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests and ensuring a positive image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.
Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
Train motivate and supervise the housekeeping team ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Manage daily schedules room assignments and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback turning every interaction into a positive experience.
Ensure strict adherence to health safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction efficiency and cost control.
