Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in the automotive service field.
• 3-5 years in a team leader/section head/supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily maintenance and repair of vehicles.
• Allocate jobs based on job cards to maximize labor utilization.
• Monitor work progress to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Upgrade technical knowledge through training.
• Follow up on repairs and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Manage parts availability and address delays.
• Road test vehicles to ensure repair quality.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
• Instruct costing clerk on job deviations and charges.
