About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader – Security to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, colleagues, and visitors at all times.
• Coordinate daily security operations, including shift briefings, patrol schedules, and coverage for special events and VIP movements.
• Deliver a high level of service to VIP and regular guests by maintaining visibility, professionalism, and discretion while ensuring their safety.
• Act as the main point of contact for security‑related enquiries, demonstrating strong knowledge of hotel security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Handle incidents, guest concerns, and emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate follow‑up actions.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a security role within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative purposes.
• Experience using security systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident reporting platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to balance safety and guest experience.
• A team player with strong leadership skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
