Our client is looking for a MEP Project Manager to join them on an upcoming Data Centre project.

Salary :
Budget up to £85,000 depending on Data Centre experience
- Direct and manage MEP Design and Delivery for a portfolio of projects at varying stages, with a strong focus on those in detailed design.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Clients, Design Partners, Contractors, and internal teams on all MEP-related issues.
- Coordinate the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering disciplines.
- Lead project workshops and design reviews, offering expert advice and ensuring all outputs align with local building regulations, CIBSE guidance, and recognised sustainability standards such as BREEAM.
- Track budgets, programmes, and resource allocation, providing clear updates on performance and risks to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Review and critique technical drawings, specifications, and related design deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposal preparation, assisting with bid submissions, and representing the company in client presentations.
- A degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Significant experience (5+ years) overseeing MEP design and delivery for construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of local building practices, regulatory frameworks, and industry benchmarks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency with design and coordination tools, including AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC.
- Professional registration with CIBSE, IMechE, or IET is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Background in data centres or mission-critical environments is required.
