A leading construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced MEP Procurement Manager to lead procurement functions across tenders and awarded projects. The role involves managing a team, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in MEP procurement within GCC contracting, alongside strong leadership skills. To lead and manage the MEP Procurement function across tenders and awarded projects. The role is responsible for managing a team of six, assuring consistent procurement governance across the Middle East region, obtaining pricing for tender estimates (mechanical, electrical, ELV, BMS, HVAC, wet services, fire, etc.), reviewing tender documentation during bid stage, developing vendor strategies, and executing the full procurement cycle once projects are awarded (from RFQs to selection, technical‑commercial alignment, negotiation, and final award). The role ensures alignment with corporate governance, commercial risk appetite, and company strategic sourcing objectives.
