Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our large-scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination, budget control, scheduling, and delivery of MEP systems, ensuring alignment with client expectations, design specifications, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the overall coordination and integration of all MEP services throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
2. Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
3. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
4. Act as the primary interface between the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
5. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and, to optimize productivity and performance.
6. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
7. Review and approve MEP materials, technical drawings, and subcontractor deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards and specifications.
8. Supervise and mentor on-site MEP teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (MEP-related major).
• Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in MEP project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE region.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, local regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC), and international standards.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MEP design tools.

Salary range: 20-22k AED (open to negotiate)
