Job Title: OT Security Specialist
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Specialist with 4 to 6 years of expertise in OT security and a background in cybersecurity.
- English (mandatory)
- Arabic (preferable)
- ISA62443 L1 / L2 certified
- SANS GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional)
- Technical and process knowledge of OT / ICS and IoT architecture
- Proficiency in technical report writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing clients with deep technical expertise in business, focusing on OT security platforms
- Experience with Big-4 or top-tier consulting firms (preferred)
- Experience in handling RFPs, proposals, and business development activities
- Knowledge of OT standards policies and procedures, frameworks, and maturity assessments
- Familiarity with OT security standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NCSC/CPNI SICS)
- Experience with OT security technology stacks across sectors like Power, Utilities, Oil, and Gas
- Hands-on experience with OT security solutions such as Nozomi, Claroty
- Experience with OT system integration (preferred)
- Experience with OT security transformation programs (preferred)
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of OT networks; application security testing for SCADA systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of OT protocols such as Modbus, TCP, HART
- Technical assessment skills including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and configuration reviews on OT security devices
- Lead and manage OT security projects
- Expand cyber defense security business, projects, and team
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Participate in business development activities following the firm's risk management guidelines
