  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Ensure absolute compliance with all applicable lifting regulations and standards, including OSHA, LOLER, ASME, ISO, and other international requirements.
    • Design and implement a world‑class global inspection program for cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories, providing validated assurance and organizational confidence.
    • Oversee rigorous certification, inspection, and maintenance programs for all lifting equipment worldwide.
    • Lead and support lifting‑related incident investigations, delivering thorough root‑cause analysis and driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Training & Competency:
    • Establish a robust global competency framework to ensure consistent skills, qualifications, and authorizations across all business units.

  • Extensive relevant experience, with at least several years in a global role demonstrating profound expertise in lifting engineering, heavy lifting operations, and complex lift planning within the energy, oil & gas, or power generation sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of international lifting standards and a proven ability to embed enterprise risk methodologies in lift planning.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and managing global lifting frameworks, competency systems, and inspection programs.
  • TOPSET Investigator certification (or equivalent recognized investigation methodology).
