Project & Workshop Management
- Coordinate all custom paint and art projects from inquiry to delivery.
- Assign tasks to painters/technicians and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily operations inside the workshop to maintain high-quality output.
- Ensure all materials, paints, and supplies are stocked and ordered on time.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliveries meet client deadlines.
Client Coordination & Service
- Handle new inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up professionally.
- Understand client design requirements and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure premium service experience.
- Manage updates, approvals, and progress communication with clients.
Basic Accounting & Financial Tracking
- Prepare and maintain job‑cost sheets for each project.
- Track daily expenses, paint/material usage, and workshop purchases.
- Handle invoicing, receipts, and payment collection tracking.
- Maintain petty cash and submit weekly financial summaries.
- Work with the external accountant for monthly reconciliation.
Staff Supervision
- Oversee painters, helpers, and cleaning staff.
- Monitor attendance, workflow, and performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment and ensure productivity.
Quality Control
- Inspect ongoing and completed projects to ensure Art Mansion quality standards.
- Report any issues early and coordinate fixes before delivery.
- Ensure final presentation of projects meets premium luxury standards.
Operations & Organization
- Maintain clean, organized workshop and office areas.
- Implement systems for job tracking, client files, and project documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers for materials, pricing, and deliveries.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly.
Marketing Support (Basic)
- Capture project progress for social media when needed.
- Coordinate with designers or social media team for posting and updates.

Skills
Professional Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, workshop management, or project coordination.
- Experience in automotive, custom paint, detailing, fabrication, art studios, or creative production environments is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience handling client communication, quotations, and project timelines.
- Background in basic accounting, financial tracking, invoicing, or admin roles.
Technical & Operational Skills
- Strong understanding of workshop operations, project flow, and material management.
- Ability to prepare job estimates, cost sheets, and purchase orders.
- Basic knowledge of paints, materials, and workshop tools (not required but preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for cost tracking and reporting.
- Ability to maintain organized project documentation.
Communication & Management Skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Ability to manage staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a productive environment.
- Strong client‑handling skills with a premium service mindset.
- Able to coordinate between clients, painters, suppliers, and admin smoothly.

Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certification in basic accounting, project management, or operations is a plus.
- UAE driving license preferred (not required).
- Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join.
