Job summary

A leading healthcare firm in Dubai is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the Quality Management System, lead a QA team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in pharmacy and extensive experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in regulatory processes and team management. This full-time position requires fluency in English and Arabic, as well as proficiency in relevant software systems.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • 2 years of management experience leading QA teams.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead the QA team in executing quality standards.
  • Manage internal and external audits for regulatory compliance.

Skills

Regulatory process knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience with SAP/Oracle systems

Education
