Job Description for Digital Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns to promote Sky High HR Solutions’ services, including HR outsourcing, recruitment, contract staffing, and manpower supply. This role involves handling all digital platforms—such as social media, websites, blogs, and videos—to boost brand visibility and generate leads. The specialist will lead efforts to grow the company’s online presence across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage the company’s online presence to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Optimize SEO, keywords, and backlinks to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
4. Generate qualified leads and support sales for recruitment, HR outsourcing, and manpower services through targeted digital efforts.
5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and creative team to develop compelling content and marketing materials.
7. Create and manage digital content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and advertisements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in UAE.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Background in staffing or recruitment services marketing is preferred.
• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Bayt, and Naukri.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Video marketing or motion graphic skills are a plus.

• Outstanding content creation abilities and strong marketing skills.
• Proven track record in a Digital Marketing environment.
• Ability to effectively record, store, and retrieve personnel data and statistics.
