Overview

Black & Grey HR is acting on a strictly confidential mandate for one of the UAE’s biggest employers — a high‑impact, multi‑business organization with strong national visibility and ambitious growth plans. We are identifying a senior brand and marketing leader to own group‑level brand strategy and integrated marketing execution across a portfolio of businesses.

Mandate
  • Lead group brand strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Convert strategy into annual/multi‑year plans, KPIs and budgets.
  • Ensure consistent positioning, identity and storytelling across channels and business lines.
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, partnerships, content and experiential.
  • Own performance measurement, ROI reporting and optimisation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen brand equity and customer experience.
  • Oversee brand governance, creative standards, collateral and activations.
  • Appoint and manage agencies and specialist partners.
  • Lead market research, brand tracking and perception insights.
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years in senior brand/strategic marketing roles.
  • Proven experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments (portfolio/group preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution discipline.
  • Confident with budgets, KPIs, governance and senior leadership alignment.
