Job Summary

Responsible for driving development across government channels and corporate. Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes, implementing strategic programs with dealerships, and proactively developing sales opportunities. Key Account Manager will also be responsible to manage key accounts and develop after-sales charters and dealer development concepts for fleet and government channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel development: lead the growth of fleet, government, and corporate channels across the GCC region.
  • Key account management: conduct monthly visits to government and key accounts with dealer fleet teams across the GCC.
  • Performance management: oversee fleet performance in dealerships, including weekly KPI monitoring, ongoing negotiations, and visit requests.
  • Reporting: establish and maintain robust reporting tools for fleet and corporate channels, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Market analysis: identify market trends and actively participate in fleet and government business development initiatives.
  • Government program support: develop and support government programs, including affinity programs for government employees.
  • Marketing alignment: implement fleet and corporate business pos materials, communication, and advertising in line with marketing objectives.
  • Dealer engagement: ensure dealer involvement and execution of events with key government entities and strategic accounts

Qualifications:

Education: University Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing (master’s degree preferred).

Experience: 6-10 years of sales experience in the fleet automotive/key account management

Language: Arabic & English

•Preferred Skills & Abilities: Proven track record in fleet, government, or corporate channel management

•Personal Traits: Strong analytical, negotiation, relationship management skills

•Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: TCO/TCM analysis, lease calculation & de-fleet cycles

•Mobility: Based in UAE, must be eligible to travel to KSA/Kuwait
