The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing the Marketing & Communications strategy, coordinating the marketing efforts across cross‑functional teams, suppliers and agencies for the assigned brands. The role will support the Marketing Manager to expand footprint, differentiate Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle and brand reputation, nurture client relationships and create opportunities to drive revenue and growth.

Role Profile
  • Responsible for the briefing, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, through a well‑defined annual Marketing calendar, for the assigned brands in line with overall brand Marketing and Communications strategy.
  • Create synergy between the various channels of communication, reaching the brand message to the customer through the most effective and efficient medium.
  • Coordinate and implement in‑store campaigns with visual merchandiser in alignment with Operations and ensure smooth and timely roll‑out of the same.
  • Support in planning and execution of regional brand campaigns together with the content team for local implementation.
  • Maintain marketing spend per brand to ensure accurate book‑keeping and optimal utilization in line with overall Marketing budget.
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with internal marketing teams and external vendors where relevant, to ensure productive outcome of collaborative work.
  • Support in building clear understanding of brand values, customer profile and behaviors to ensure relevant marketing communication and messaging.
