The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling social media and news content, preferably within the real estate sector. This role requires expertise in content creation, public relations, digital marketing, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a personal branding strategy for the Chairman’s social media accounts.
• Manage and curate engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Monitor social media trends, interactions, and engagement analytics to optimize content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.

Content Creation & PR:

• Draft and publish news articles, speeches, press releases, and thought leadership pieces on behalf of the Chairman.
• Collaborate with media agencies, journalists, and PR teams to ensure positive coverage.
• Ensure all content aligns with the Chairman’s voice, company branding, and business objectives.

Reputation & Crisis Management:

• Monitor online sentiment and handle any PR or social media crises proactively.
• Ensure accurate and positive representation of the Chairman across digital and news platforms.
• Address misinformation or negative coverage strategically with the PR team.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track social media and news performance metrics to measure impact.
• Prepare detailed reports and insights on engagement, reach, and media coverage.
• Continuously refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in social media management, PR, or digital marketing
