Job Purpose

The Senior Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful marketing communications that enhance brand visibility and support business objectives across the GCC region.

The role requires strong expertise in Arabic content creation, campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, and regional marketing engagement. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, effective promotion, and high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality Arabic content that reflects GCC linguistic nuances and cultural sensitivities, ensuring clarity, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional events, including managing event logistics and multi-channel promotion.
  • Produce engaging, multi-format content such as social media posts, website content, press releases, and basic photo and video materials aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and engage with the marketing community across the region to strengthen brand visibility, awareness, and market presence.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, event support, and multi-channel marketing within the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of regional media landscape, marketing trends, and cultural dynamics.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong English communication skills are required.
