We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads, particularly Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns tailored for the e‑commerce and retail industry. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition ROAS and full‑funnel growth.
Google Ads lifecycle from feed management and Google Merchant Center setup to campaign execution, creative strategy and ongoing performance optimization.
The ideal candidate will be a data‑led creatively strategic thinker who can manage the entire Google Ads lifecycle from feed management and Google Merchant Center setup to campaign.
Owning and leading all Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Search, Performance Max and Shopping to drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
Managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center and product data feeds to ensure seamless ad delivery and high campaign quality scores.
Developing and leading creative conceptualization for Google Ads assets in collaboration with content and design teams, ensuring performance‑oriented creative output.
Executing continuous testing and optimization across bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy and creatives.
Analyzing campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4 and MMPs (such as Appsflyer or Adjust) to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
Working cross‑functionally with product merchandising and marketing teams to align campaigns with promotions, inventory and seasonal trends.
Identifying new opportunities across Google’s ad ecosystem and staying ahead of platform updates, industry benchmarks and best practices.
