Upskill local marketing community & outcomes through DATA, capabilities, and tech‑augmented solutions. Leverage tech‑augmented solutions to ensure rigorous prioritization and OU‑Market and cross‑functional wiring across different processes (innovation, ABP, Flywheel)
PMO for prioritization, ABP, Calendar, Innovation, Flywheel factory
Deploy marketing capabilities agenda especially acting as COE for Data & AI literacy
Lead market orchestration and backlog management, including workflow, marketing operations, and planning
Deploy tech‑augmented ways of working.
What Success Looks Like: Wired organization focused on the WTMM, Tools are adopted, not resisted; Capability gaps visibly close across markets; Marketing operates faster and with more precision.
Significant marketing and leadership experience (7 years+), with great focus in tech/data
Good knowledge on relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
Led scaled, complex, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical teams and projects
Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
