This role sits at the intersection of MarTech, analytics-heavy SaaS, and agentic AI, working with real operators and real spend to build a true co-pilot for growth teams.
- 5+ years in MarTech, AdTech, or analytics-driven SaaS
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or internal tools for marketing or growth teams
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Proven ability in workflow design, requirements gathering, and product execution
- Familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG)
- Hands-on prototyping using AI-assisted or low-code tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Translate marketing operations needs into clear product requirements
- Own discovery across data integrations, attribution, reporting, alerts, and optimization
- Design agentic AI features that explain performance and recommend actions
