Job summary
A respected recruiting agency is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to promote and sell products across the UAE. The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of experience in the tobacco/shisha industry and a thorough understanding of the Horeca sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets. This role offers competitive compensation based on experience and includes commission for successful candidates.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of proven experience in the tobacco/shisha industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the Horeca sector wholesalers and shisha contractors.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Horeca clients and shisha contractors.
- Promote products and increase market share across allocated regions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition.
- Provide product training and knowledge to clients.
- Report on sales activities and market trends.
