You will be responsible for lead follow-up, building relationships with Russian-speaking clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Have a passion for real estate.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Understand clients' property needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and handover.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the Russian-speaking market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
