Were looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Regional Marketing Team playing a critical role in driving the growth of our Quick Commerce vertical across all markets. In this highly cross-functional role you will work closely with country teams and central functions to shape and execute data-driven marketing strategies identify growth opportunities and scale impactful initiatives. You will act as a key strategic partner connecting insights, commercial goals and performance levers to unlock sustainable high-quality growth in a competitive and fast-evolving landscape.
Collaborate closely with Planning, Performance, Marketing, CRM and other Marketing functions to identify growth opportunities, monitor performance trends and launch initiatives that accelerate the growth of the Quick Commerce vertical.
Conduct deep‑dive analyses to generate actionable insights for local and regional stakeholders enabling data‑driven decision‑making with a strong focus on ROI and incrementality.
Partner with Commercial teams to translate business ambitions into impactful actions from shaping brand positioning to executing tactical campaigns.
Track industry developments and competitor strategies, extracting relevant learnings to inform Talabat’s approach and reinforce our market leadership in a highly dynamic environment.
Facilitate knowledge‑sharing across countries by creating and distributing modular growth playbooks, hosting workshops and running 1:1 sessions with key stakeholders tailored to regional market dynamics.
Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting cycles supporting the definition of monthly, quarterly and yearly growth targets and KPIs.
Lead cross‑functional projects with teams such as Partnerships, Data Science and Product to drive platform innovation and user base expansion.
Identify and execute cross‑selling strategies to increase user engagement between the food delivery and Quick Commerce verticals strengthening retention across the ecosystem.
Own the growth roadmap for the Retail & Groceries vertical focusing on user acquisition, engagement and retention.
Use data insights and competitive intelligence to uncover and prioritise untapped customer segments and market opportunities.
Design and run experiments to validate growth hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
Work with Data & Analytics to develop dashboards and performance tracking tools ensuring continuous optimisation of campaigns and growth levers.
Deeply understand customer needs, behaviours and pain points to craft compelling positioning, messaging and engagement strategies.
You hold a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience in consulting or marketing within the e‑commerce or FMCG sector.
You bring a strong command of A/B testing frameworks and are highly proficient in Google Sheets including the use of macros and scripting to automate workflows and analyse performance.
You have a solid understanding of P&L ownership and how marketing decisions impact business outcomes.
You are a process‑oriented thinker who has successfully executed complex cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organisation.
Your stakeholder management and communication skills are exceptional – you are able to align diverse teams around common goals.
A natural team player you thrive on collaboration and love exchanging ideas to push boundaries.
You are comfortable navigating fast‑paced, constantly evolving environments and you bring a proactive, solution‑driven mindset to every challenge.
