JOB SUMMARY

As a Marketing Project Executive, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and social media initiatives across multiple projects. You’ll ensure all activities align with brand standards and business objectives while driving engagement and visibility for each campaign. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively driven, and confident in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders. A strong passion for marketing and digital media with a proactive attitude and a hunger to learn—will be essential to thrive in this dynamic, fast-paced role.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with external agencies (based outside of Dubai) and internal teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Source, brief, and manage freelancers including content creators, designers, and video editors to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Monitor project progress, flag delays, and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
Social Media Management
  • Publish and schedule content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
  • Ensuring content is aligned with the brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and key promotional events.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Content Coordination
  • Oversee production of digital assets by coordinating with creative teams or freelancers.
  • Review and approve content to maintain high standards and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
