What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record of 3–5 years of experience managing paid Meta campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Snapchat, and other performance channels.
  • Previous experience delivering high‑impact direct revenue through performance‑driven paid campaigns, ideally within hospitality or travel.
  • ‑obsessed mindset with a sharp eye for analysing campaign results and uncovering actionable insights that drive bookings and boost ROI.
  • Expert knowledge of conversion funnels, audience targeting, retargeting and budget optimisation, with the skill to engineer every step of the digital journey.
  • Comfortable navigating GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel/API, and translating raw data into next‑level campaign performance.
  • Well‑versed in attribution models with the ability to optimise towards ROAS, CPA and booking KPIs.
  • Highly collaborative, able to work closely with Web and E‑Commerce teams to align landing pages, booking flows and campaign strategy.
  • Experience in website conversion‑rate optimisation is a welcome plus.
  • Previous hospitality or rooms booking experience is highly preferred, with the ability to drive bookings in a high‑octane luxury lifestyle environment.
  • Proactive nature, meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is perfectly curated.
  • Superior problem‑solving skills and the competence to exceed expectations in dynamic, competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of high‑performing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive full‑funnel, revenue‑focused strategies that maximise FIVE’s rooms performance and deliver sensational conversion impact across digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyse, and elevate campaign KPIs—including ROAS, CPA, CTR and bookings—to ensure exponential growth and unmatched performance.
  • Conduct top‑notch A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies to identify the most magnetic combinations that ignite direct bookings.
  • Oversee robust tracking and attribution mechanisms through GA4, GTM and Meta Conversion API, ensuring accuracy in measurement and insight generation.
  • Collaborate with the E‑Commerce and Web Experience Departments to optimise landing pages for seamless user journeys and elevated conversion rates.
  • Produce regular, insight‑rich campaign performance reports highlighting achievements, uncovering optimisation opportunities and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify and test trailblazing platforms, tools and tactics to accelerate direct booking performance and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Champion a forward‑thinking mindset by staying plugged into the latest advertising innovations, algorithm changes, platform developments and competitor benchmarks.
