A leading technology company in Dubai is looking for an Operations Manager with over 8 years of experience in managing a large team. The ideal candidate will have ITIL Expert and Practitioner certifications, along with strong knowledge of ITSM tools and Microsoft Office applications. Immediate joiners are preferred for this 6-month contract position. The responsibilities will include leading a team of 20+ members and leveraging ITSM tools for operational efficiency.
