Job summary

A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee its performance and scorecard system. In this role, you will work closely with the COO, building and maintaining scorecards while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Ideal candidates will have 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Operations, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel. Success in this role will be measured by timely delivery of scorecards and performance-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building scorecards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to build and run fäm’s performance and scorecard system.

This is not a reporting role and not a strategy deck role.

It is about clarity, discipline, and execution.

You will work directly with the COO and act as the company’s measurement backbone.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain company and department scorecards
  • Define and lock KPI formulas, sources, and cadence
  • Automate reporting across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance
  • Publish weekly scorecards ahead of leadership reviews
  • Ensure one source of truth across CRM and finance systems
  • Surface data gaps and inconsistencies early
What You Won’t Do
  • Justify poor performance
  • Set targets in isolation
  • Run sales, marketing, or ops teams
  • Create strategy decks or workshops
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years in BizOps, Performance, Strategy Ops, or similar
  • Proven experience building a scorecard.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets, SQL is a plus
  • CRM and revenue funnel literacy
  • Financial and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable with direct, fact-based conversations
What Success Looks Like
  • Company and Sales scorecards live within 30 days
  • Weekly performance cadence embedded within 90 days
  • Leadership decisions driven by numbers, not opinions
Reporting Line

Reports directly to the COO.
