A fast-growing fintech company in the UAE is seeking a Finance Operations Leader to manage treasury, cash flow planning, and ensure financial compliance with UAE and KSA regulations. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, along with a strong audit and consulting background. This role involves owning financial functions and collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic startup environment.
Lead finance operations at a fast-growing fintech scaling across the MENA region. Own treasury, cash flow planning, and financial reporting that keep the business agile and investor-ready. Partner with external accounting and audit teams to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant financial closes. Drive tax compliance and reporting with deep knowledge of UAE and KSA VAT and corporate tax requirements. Play a key role in implementing and optimizing ERP systems that empower smart, scalable finance workflows. Jump in on legal and compliance issues—contracts, vendor docs, and more—to keep us sharp and secure.
We are the fastest-growing fintech in expense management in MENA. We offer corporate cards and expense management software that help companies save time and money. We’re a seed-stage startup backed by prominent global investors (Cherry Ventures, Fintech Collective, Speedinvest, Shorooq Partners & Augmentum Fintech), and fintech founders behind scale-ups like Nium and Qonto. We value independent thought, ownership, and excellence — and we move fast. We’re a close-knit team of superachievers building something extraordinary together.
